M-Series air driven liquid pump uses a built-in pneumatic control four-way two-position valve to move to and fro automatically. This series of product is produced by introducing related technology abroad and designing according to the standards of our country. The air driven parts are all made of aluminum alloy and are treated with oxidation. The pump head is made of carbon steel or stainless steel according to different media.

ODMT gas-liquid booster pump can boost oil, water and chemical media with a pressure of 600MPa and is driven by 0.1-0.8MPa air or inert gas. It has compact structure and low cost. It can be widely used in fields such as machine tools, oil and gas, chemistry and petrochemical industry, national defense, mining, coal mining machinery, engineering machinery and aerospace.

Installation location
In principle, the ODMT liquid pump can be installed in any position, but to ensure the longest service life of the seal, vertical installation is recommended.
Drive air connection and start-up
The drive air connection is located outside the pump's air-operated directional valve. In any case, a compressed air filter and a water separator need to be installed. An optional air control unit is a triplet: including filter with water separator, pressure reducing valve, pressure gauge, air lubricator (i.e. oil fogger).
Recommended hydraulic oil
The correct use of the liquid pump and the efficiency of the liquid pump mainly depend on the quality grade used. The recommended viscosity range of hydraulic oil is 46#.
Note: When operating continuously with moisture or high-humidity gas, icing will occur. In this case, it is recommended to install a water separator or dryer on the drive pipeline, coupled with an oil mist device. Choosing high-quality driving gas can extend the service life of liquid pump seals.
Interface size matters
Please confirm that the installed joints and pipes are within the pressure range of the pump. In order to ensure that the liquid pump obtains ideal flow and pressure, the interface size of the pump cannot be reduced.
ODMT liquid pump operating temperature
Standard temperature range is -20ºC to +60ºC. (When the temperature is below 0ºC, make sure the driving air source is dry and clean).
Recommended driving air quality According to PNEUROP (European Supercharger, Pneumatic Pump and Gas Driven Workpiece Manufacturers' Committee) recommendation code 611/1984, driving gas is divided into 3-4 quality levels.
1. Particles: Maximum particle size 54; Maximum particle concentration 5mg/m3; 2. Dew point: +10ºC=moisture content 9.4g/m3+2ºC=moisture content 5.6g/m3;
3. Oil content: 1.0-5mg/m3.
