This is an all-in-one pressure gauge tight cover leak detection machine. It is controlled by PLC and the relevant programs are set. The operator only needs to put the pressure gauge into the mold and complete the tight cover leak detection process with one click. No intervention is required in the entire process. ;Tightening process time and pressure holding time can be set; Can be operated step by step and has disassembly function;

 

Operation process:

A. Place the pressure gauge in the tooling tire;
B. Set relevant parameters in PLC;
C. Press the start button and the device starts to work;
D. After the tight cover leak test is completed, reset the equipment and take out the pressure gauge;

3. Equipment composition:

The equipment is divided into two parts according to appearance: PLC operating table and tight cover leak detection device.

A. Detailed configuration of the tight cover leak detection machine:
