ODMT Air Driven Air Boosters provide for pressures up to 80Mpa (11,600 psi). Used for virtually all known gases, these boosters are ideal for increasing gas pressure, transferring high pressure gas, charging cylinders and scavenging.

The ODMT air pump is suitable for working environments where the pressure of the original compressed air system needs to be increased. It can increase the air pressure of the working system to 2 to 5 times, and finally use the compressed air inside the working system as the air source. This pump is suitable for single air source. The materials of the pump body are all made of stainless steel and stainless steel, and they are all sealed with top-grade imported products and can work continuously for a long time.  The air booster pump is a piston-type booster pump that uses compressed air as its power source. When air is intake, the spool of the booster air control valve switches back and forth to control the piston of the booster pump to reciprocate at an extremely fast speed. As the output pressure increases, the reciprocating speed of the piston slows down until it stops. At this time, the pressure output by the booster pump is constant, the energy consumption is lowest, and each component stops working; no matter what reason causes the pressure in the pressure maintaining circuit to drop, the booster pump It will start automatically to supplement the leakage pressure and keep the circuit pressure constant.

1. Easy to use: No power supply is required. The boost ratio is 2:1. 4:1, 5:1. By adjusting the inlet pressure, the required pressure can be easily obtained.

2. Automatic pressure maintenance: When the outlet pressure reaches the preset pressure value, the air booster pump automatically stops working to save energy; when the outlet pressure is lower than the preset pressure value, the air booster pump automatically replenishes the pressure to keep the pressure constant and replenish the pressure. No additional energy consumption, environmental protection and energy saving.

GAB02/05 air booster pump This series of pump uses single pneumatic non-equilibriurgas distributing valves to move to and fro automaticallyThe drive parts of the pump are made of aluminum alloy ostainless steel. The full set of sealing parts is imported.The maximum drive pressure is 10bar. We suggestcustomers use air pressure<8bar to ensure long lifespanof the pump.

The diameter of the drive piston is 160mm. This pump issingle acting. The pump heads can cool the exhaust air.
